Just wanted to share that I was able to install 205/65r16 tires on the factory rims on my 04 Impala. The car was really struggling in the ice/snow, even with brand new Eagle GAs in the original size of 225/60/16. After installing the narrow tires (Michelin Primacy MXV4’s) the car handles and brakes extremely well in the snow & ice. I have always had success putting “pizza-cutters” on my cars in the past, but I think the Impala had the most drastic improvement.
