new strange problem with SECURITY

Just wonder if you are able to help me.I'm nowhere near GM dealer that can help me with problem.I have 2000 Impala LS 3.8l and around 2 years ago have problem with ignition lock that makes me wait 10 min and let me start the car normal.Find out from my friend that used to work at dealership that ignition lock is so screwed, that no matter what kind of kee is in ignition, would allow car to start.
I change ign.lock and kee's, start the car with old ign.lock (didn't know learnning procedure then) and while running change lock and kee's.Starts every time with both kee ,alarm works but SECURITY light is on permanently!!!Car is starts and runs ok,tested security sistem and when you open doors while is in the lock mode alarm sound normally
Well I bought that Actron scan tool and can't read any fault!!! So I'm now back to square one. It seams that every problem described on this matter isn't exactly like mine.How can I get that message of my DIC?
