door handle issues

Both rear doors will not open. It is like the locks are stuck but the lock button is up. This happens every once in a while but then seems to work for a while. Any ideas??? something bad or worn out inside?? I can't get the panels off if the doors are stuck shut!!

Is there a kit lock switch on them?
Is the door lock switch unlocking all of the doors good?

When they are working pull panel and lubricate latch good and check door lock solenoid and wiring good..
