problems removing exhaust manifold and cooling fans

first things first on my 03 impala i thought i had a bad exhaust manifold gasket but come to find out two bolts were broke and now stuck in the block does anybody have a idea or any way to remove them without taking this thing to a shop? what do i do to remove the cooling fans...thankz :sly:
