Air bag code 44, Windstar 96, 3.8l

Today I noticed Airb Bag flashing light, according to this website (http://probefaq.org/service/airbag-fault.html). I counted 4 times, pause, and 4 times again. Which means: Code 44 RH Crash Sensor - Not Mounted to Vehicle Properly

My question is: Where is the sensor located? Maybe the car doesn't have it, or is not connected.
