Help: Relay Identification

Anyone know what these two relays are for? They're in a two-relay block located behind the air filter housing on the firewall, below the wiper motor. The right relay is identical to the standard relays in the engine compartment Power Distribution Box & underdash panel.

I don't recognize it. What model year? Are you talking about the firewall or fender lining?

I believe those are the relays for the radiator fan(s). What model is this? 1999 -2000? ??
