97 sable stalls in heat

ok iv got 193k on this car i thought it was a gas tank prob when it got bellow half a tank would stall ran it like that keeping over half a tank for about a mounth then started doing it a 3/4 now at full butt only seems to do it when the car is hot i wired the fans so they stay on when ever the car is running butt did not work please help!acts like its outa gas!

A Plugged catalytic could give the same symptoms of
Stalling out, and hot.
A muffler shop will check them for free.
