P1744 Code Concern?

I recently had a used tranny put in my 98 Windstar 3.8L. (probably a mistake I know, I know). Anyway I drove it home (over 300 miles) and the service engine soon light came on. I went to Checker and the code P1744 (Torque converter clutch solenoid circuit performance) came up on their scanner. The van seems to run fine on and off freeway. Should I be concerned? Any help is greatly appreciated.
