2000 Windstar Idling

We have a 2000 Windstar. When you put it into gear it seems to go by itself. You have to keep the brakes on in order to stay below 30km's sorry dont know in miles. Just wondering what could be the problem to make it go by itself. Its not that big of deal but its going to wear out our brakes really quick. Thanks
