5.0L V8 285hp 300lb-foot (estimated those were the#'s given by factory) it is a crate motor I have not actually dynoed it myself yet it is mated to a Borg Warner T5 5speed trans.

But seriously, Layla has a 1800cc OHV inline-four with single Weber downdraught two-barrel carburetor and ANSA four-into-two header. She makes approx. 150-170bhp and 170-200lbft of torque when in tune. (which is not right now)

I've got a beastly 1.6l 4A-FE under my hood.. stock it makes 103 hp/102 torque.. mated to a 5 speed manual. Its powerful alright..:rolleyes:

SOHC Audi derrived 2.0 liter Porsche inline 4 cylinder... Alloy head, iron block... 10:1-11:1 compression, not really sure, need to check the deck clearance and crunch the numbers... I also need to wait for my student loan so I can pay it off :o

I'm hoping I can afford to rebuild the engine in the fall, with a parts 924 turbo engine... intercooled at 14psi on the stock turbo, it should make 230hp.

No idea. I can only think of because forced induction and it is done on a rolling road dyno. The torque figures are probably a bit high but heck that is what the print out says :D
I've actually quoted the flywheel horse power and torque at the wheels. My last dyno showed 271kw / 750 nm of torque or 363hp and 556 flbs of torque at the wheels.

I've never had a dyno done on any of the cars so the numbers are what the manufacturers say. You'll notice the trend of 3.0L V6 engines ;)

Shadow 3.0L V6 OHC 140 hp 170 tq

Delorean 3.0L V6 130hp ?? tq

Accord 3.0L V6 200 hp 190 tq

VR4 3.0L V6 24 valve, twin turbo, intercooled 320 hp 315 tq

VR4 Spyder 3.0L V6 24 valve, twin turbo, intercooled 320 hp 315 tq

The Spyder has no cats, open air intake, straight piping, boost controller (set to 15psi), 550 injectors, upgraded fuel pump and UDP. Based on other VR4s with the same mods who have dynoed the car is pushing 400hp
