2000 Impala Headlights

I just recently bought a 2000 chevy impala with a aftermarket alarm on it an as i went to unlock it with remote button the park lights came on instead of headlights usually chevy models headlights come on but not this one, could the alarm be the cause of this? Really Need sum help Thanks.

You will have to check the alarm wiring . Get a wiring diagram from the ppl that made it.

You can also get a wiring diagram on your car. check everything. Does your headlights work normally? Driving lights ok? To check them have someone look at the car when you put it in drive.

If it all works normally why sweat it?
