1990 Sable with more then 1 prob

1990 Sable...
1. Never starts on the first try maybe the 2nd or 3rd.
2. Stalls when you go from drive to reverse.
3. :runaround:Smelled gas it was fine then 10 mins later lost power and died would
start I would try to start it every so often 45 mins later it starts no
prob and Im off and running. I was stranded in the middle of my Job!
4. Passenger door opens sometimes most of the time it need a good palm
push from inside and the driver has to roll up window passenger can
only roll down window!:)
3. Passenger rear door opens only when you are in the car and kick the
door, window works fine! :iceslolan
4. Driver back door only opens from the inside sometimes it need help from
someone in the back on occasions, window works great.:smile:
5. Power steering makes loud noise and can sometimes be hard to steer
but most of the time its hard when you make a u turn. Steering lots of
play and jerky motion while driving.
Last but not least:
6. New noise sounds like a winding with air. I hear that when I step on the
gas.
Other than that this car is great...Got it at an Auction for $350 and I use it as an egg beater for work and I NEED IT TO STAY RUNNING FOR WORK! I deliver the news paper and it is hard on the car. Paved roads to dirt roads.
Any help with any of these probs would be Greatly Appreciated :biggrin:
