Fuel Trim banks

Hey all, I'm still troubleshooting misfires in an 02 windstar. Seems to only happen under hard acceleration. The van idles great and revs good with no load on it. I decided to try and interpret some readings from a OBDII scantool to see what I could find. I can see the misfire counter increase in the freeze frame data and the long term fuel trim on a few banks is through the roof @ 50% and higher. I noticed there are 4 fuel banks giving readings but don't understand how to split these banks in to cyl #'s. I have pending codes P0302 and P0306. Fuel pressure is on the list for tomorrow but I'd really like to get to understand these PID readings better.

Thanks, I actually found those after I posted this. That OBD scanner is a great tool once you know how to use it.
