My Sick SC1

about a week ago my when first driving my car I my car would bog down like I was stepping on the break. didn't think too much of it then it would stop about ten minutes into driving. now a week later the problem is getting worse. It boggs down hard to accellerate but only for about ten minutes till the car warms and then it stops. I have changed the ects a year ago with a nice shiny copper one. I was thinking it may be my plugs and wires but I wanted to get an opinion.
