Lost key problem

95 Hyundai Excel Sprint
I lost my keys. I can get a new key cut from the VIN ... BUT... need to disable the computer locking to start the car.... OR... ?????
OR find a cheap replacement key transmitter (its expensive) to match the cars computer locking?
Any advice or help would be appreciated
