98 windstar rear a/c issue.

Ok here goes. I have been reading and looking at posts, heres my problem. this windstar sat for a year, had to replace motor. Now its running fine again, the rear a/c blows hot air from the top vents. I checked the lines under the van and 1 is kinda HOT and the other is COLD. But its hot out the top and side rear vents. Heat blows out bottom as supposed to also. I dont know where to look to fix this, I replaced the switch just before it busted #5 connecting rod. Any info/help would be appreciated.

Oh I failed to mention the the air out the front is ICE COLD.

unfotunately you will need to go to a shop if you dont have ac tools first you need to check pressures because too much freon could cause this issue and a blockage could to also the blend door for the rear evaporator and heater core could be stuck there is no quick fix without properly diagnosing this one
