***Just bought xenon bulbs and need help***

I bought my 96 dodge neon used and don't have a owners manual and don't know how to change the bulbs. Please help me

im not sure how it is on the neon but on my daytona there is a panel on each side under the hood where the lights would be
if not try to look in from top or underneath and see if u can see the wires
if u find it the plug should have to be turned counter clockwise whe u replace the bulbs make sure u dont touch the bulb itself(glass)
hold it by the plastic part.if u touch the glass the bulb will blow as soon as its turned on.its something with the oils in your skin. dont ask . but i hope this is of help to u..:smoker2:
