Tamiya S600 AMG Cpe
I am starting this kit because I just got Hobby Design Photo Etch parts to help with the look. Don't know what color to make it. Maybe Dark Blue?

Here is the start.
 The set-up.  Did a little sanding out the mold lines. Don't know if it should be painted Dark Grey or Dark Blue. Once it's primed, I will figure something. What color do you think would be nice?  I'm not crazy over kit wheels so I decided to take Fujimi AMG wheels, cut and put them in Pegasus rims as I did on my black E55 I built awhile back.

I like how in several of your kits you have cut the wheels to improve them. I have so many rims that just need to be bigger so, I need to try what you are doing.

Here are the wheels. I did my own AMG style wheels for this car. I may take the original wheels and put them in sleeves but for now I will use this style.
 The wheels  I think I like the look of wheels with this car.

awesome job on the wheels, the stock tamiya amg wheels do look a bit tiny under the big s600 body.
you have a lot of projects going on at the same time and I love all of them!

Updates.
   Painted this Tamiya White primer than TS-30 Silver Leaf. Than TS-13 Clearcoat. I like this color more than I thought I would.

Neat project.....
 I too love the look you achieved doing the rims that way, though I would also add a little more dish to the rears....maybe, if not too late..  The silver suits it nicely too...
