Re: Nissan GT-R, Tamiya 1/24
Did you use only big pieces? Or was there a lot of need to touch up?
BTW - it looks terrific. Robert

Re: Nissan GT-R, Tamiya 1/24
Looks good, but was there a lot of trimming required? Once the decal is on the car? The cf looks flawless btw, can't wait for some clear.
PS The way sms put the templates on the decals is retarded!! |

Re: Nissan GT-R, Tamiya 1/24
Wow! First cf gtr I've seen and you're doing great progress. That's also some serious patience on the masking of the engine bay but the results show the reward for your effort. Looking good, can't wait to see more.

Re: Nissan GT-R, Tamiya 1/24
Many thanks!
I made second side and front. With front was harder but it's done. Only with front was some problem and I had to trim.

Re: Nissan GT-R, Tamiya 1/24
WOW, that looks awesome, are you gonna clear coat it? it would look awesome with a Smoke clear coat!!!
What about the front fender vents, are they getting the CF treatment too?

Re: Nissan GT-R, Tamiya 1/24
Yes I'm going to put 2k Zero clear coat and before put some black clear from GaiaColor. Front fender vents will be also in CF but with different pattern.
