Completed: Enzo's Last Ferrari - F40
The "brute" is finally finished. Despite little set-back with the engine lid, it was pretty straightforward build, but not easy by any means. Kit shows its age, and few of the sub-assemblies gave me serious fitting problems. Nevertheless, it is done, and looks beautiful. Base is signed by me (per request). Thanks!

Great work! I'm so used to seeing red on these. The yellow looks good! What's next?

Re: Completed: Enzo's Last Ferrari - F40
Nice work Alex, great build, fit & finish are all fantastic.
Q. Are those the right rear view mirrors, they look a little strange on the body, i remember my Monteshell came with 3sets of rear view mirrors, why does the F40 come with 2 sets of rearview mirrors? Fantastic, cant wait to see whats next!!!

Re: Completed: Enzo's Last Ferrari - F40
Outstanding!!! That's a great recovery after the small mishap with the engine cover breakage.
What an absolute beauty.

Re: Completed: Enzo's Last Ferrari - F40
This is my all times favorite Ferrari and this model is simply gorgeous!
It looks great on that base! PS: I suppose it's the exact same type of base like the ones we saw in your cabinet! Having your signature on it is a nice touch! |
