NISMO 380RS Competition

This is Tamiya's NISMO Fairlady kit combined with the JGTC Z kit to make my version of the real 380RS Competition concept.

I used decals from the JGTC kit and cut them to make the best scheme I could with them. The goal being a sponsored Bridgestone tire test car.

I ended up using the 19" Aoshima rims and mounted them so the car would be lowered quite a bit.....the real car has a more aggresive front spoiler so I needed to compensate for using the stock one.

I added some hood pins and Sakatsu's fuel filler fitting. Wing is from Tamiya's Ings set.

Re: NISMO 380RS Competition

Besides the obvious skills in modeling you have an amazing amount of creativity. The modifications you are adding to your porjects are so well balanced - nothing overdone of monstrous. Your models match my taste of car styling for sure.

Re: NISMO 380RS Competition

hmmm splendid, mister.

At first I wasn't sure it was going to look most excellent with the white, but now that you've put the wing, the decals and the rest of the shit on... cowabunga dude!
