Porsche 935 John David #79 LM82

my new building, the 935 Mobydick Tamiya with the Renaissance TK. Some photos of the material







This car has been 4ème of the 24h du Mans 1982 (winner IMSA GTX) with England pilot Fitzpatrick/Hobbs.

Hello!

Excellent - another 'Moby Dick' under construction! This is the second Joest-built chassis (935.81 JR-2, according to the books) and it will be interesting to see some of the differences between the factory car and the replicas - that's a great shot of the cockpit, by the way.

Will watch with interest...

i also purchased the Renaissance TK but mine only came with doors and decals?
do you know if there are two versions to this trans-kit?

it's possible to used this resin TK for the martini version, there are some photodecoup parts for this version.

I've decided to paint the light blue with Renaissance blue gulf. I've printed the decals on a Tamiya masking sheet:
