Hi all,
Here, Revell's brand new ZR1.

Looks fantastic from every angle and that roof makes the whole model stand out even more.

Re: Revell 1/25 Corvette ZR1

I have been waiting for a vette to build and I think this is it. It looks like a nice kit. As far as your work, I must say I really enjoy it. It looks clean and crisp. Nice work on the paint, and I also 2nd Ales on the CF work. I don't recall seeing vettes with exterior cf work.

Great job

Re: Revell 1/25 Corvette ZR1

I looked at this kit in the hobby shop the other day, but put it down because the box art didn't look so good. your build though has made me reconcider, I think I need to build one of these kits now.

AAAAA++++++ this car look great, love the blue and the carbon fiber and color of the wheels together complement it very nicely.

Very nice! The carbon on the roof is that the original decal from the kit?

Re: Revell 1/25 Corvette ZR1

Nice work, looks great

It's a great kit, I've looked at the kit up close...only real issue is the wheels are a scale inch undersized which makes no sense as they are new wheels and tires...

Re: Revell 1/25 Corvette ZR1

Great looking build, thats one of my favorite colours, i believe gm calls it jetstream blue on their models. Is this the kit with model in red on the box art? I see Revell is releasing another ZR1 kit this month and the car is blue, it has a different # on the box as well.... Im puzzled why they did that?

Re: Revell 1/25 Corvette ZR1

Fantastic build. Like the others have said, your work is very clean and nice. I think we're going to see a lot of blue ZR1's out there, I know mine is.

What CF did you use?

Someone asked about CF in the kit, well the US kit has none but the RoG kit does. This should also answer the other question of two kits. The blue kit is most likely the RoG version while the red kit is US.

Hello, Kris
there's no CF decal in the original kit.
the CF decal is from Studio 27 medium size carbon decal.
