Porsche 959 Paris Dakar 86

Hello!
I thought for a long time of construction of this legendary
Porsche.
I am very surprised that there is no correct model of this
car.
The awful set from Gunse-it did not consider seriously.

Now my friend has learnt to receive qualitative details
from resin,I have decided to make not simply model for
myself.I will do transkit for a set Tamiya.
For the decision of a question with decals the ready body
is necessary to me.I have begun body alteration.
I have three sets:Tamiya, Academi,Gunse. Tamiya there will
be a basis, others two - donors.

I have begun changes with a back part of a body.On a
prototype other engine hood and the narrow back fender with
the air scoop.

The road clearance in scale 1:24 will be 12мм

For reception of high quality after moulding, it is
necessary to level and internal surfaces of a body.

Changes in a forward part of a body too the big.

I will be very glad to your remarks and offers on transkit
manufacturing.
Could not find a photo of the bottom part of the car.If who
that has - please send to me.

Looks like great work so far. The Rothmans livery always looks good on a Porsche

Hello!
While is not present. But they will be necessary for my set. I already talk to firms which do decals.

Pattos have these in stock, but I have used decals from them before and are silk ink decals and are hard the work with.

Re: Porsche 959 Paris Dakar 86

Too eyckles:

Decals for 959 Dakar ?! Very interestingly! It is possible to receive the information where they can be seen or bought?

And small progress:
Cut out holes in a forward part.I would paste thin plastic on hole edge that there was no big thickness.

Headlights:

Back lateral glasses were not transparent.Have decided to do them together with a body.
