I have had a 95 PGT ATX, 93 PGT ATX, 93 PGT MTX, 93 Probe base MTX, 92 PGL ATX, 92 PLX MTX, and currently an 89 PGT MTX. I had over $500 (not much by any means) invested in my 93 PGT MTX, and ran a best of 15.5 in the 1/4. My 89 has about $50 invested in mods and consistantly runs mid 14's all day long. There is no comparision between the probe and the other cars mentioned. Currently, as far as I know, the three fastest probes in the known world (this does not include MX-6's) are Fallguy (Matt Faul, Fargo ND 11.25 90 PGT MTX FE3 2.0 Jspec turboed), Mattmaus (Matt Maus, Wisconsin 11.47 94 PGT KL-DE 2.5 Turboed) and Probethis (Eric Schaffer, Fargo ND, 12.02 FE2T 2.2 US spec). All have well over $5000 invested in the cars and have done the work themselves, so that lets you know how fast a probe can go and how much it costs to get it there. If you were to have the work performed for you, look at costs well over $10000.
