Kind of new here.

I am kind of new here. I signed up a while back, but haven't been online in forever. Anyway, I was looking around this part of the forum and have seen a lot of cool stuff, so I thought I might throw some of my stuff out and see what you all think. Later.

David

P.S. All pieces were / are bing done in photoshop.

P.S. This one actually started out as a pencil drawing, but I took it into photoshop to clean it up.

THat is really good for photoshop. I hear that Illustrator is very versitile. There are many folks here that use Illustrator. To be honest I don't know the advantages of either. I am very new to computer art.

Anyway, I love the black and white drawing, that could be a logo.

Those are sweet cars man. I love the black and white, that is sweet. It's kinda like a hip-hop/punk culture style drawing. That is awesome man...is that a prelude behind him?

knoxciso - Thanks .

asaenz - Thanks . Your stuff rocks. With the skills you have with a pencil, I bet you could do some awsome stuff in photoshop too. I am really not all that familiar with illustrator, though I have heard some good things about it. As far as the last pic goes, yeah that was the logo for a autobody shop a friend of mine was trying to start up, but unfortunately he decided to shut it down .

AirAllen01 - Thanks . Good eye too, the car in the last pic was based on a Prelude. Specifically the Prelude in the second pic, which was done for a customer (of the above mentioned autobody shop) to help her get an idea of what her car would look like. I didn't have much time to work on it and it didn't get "finished", but it served its purpose.

Slipknot - Thanks .

Thanks again guys . Later.

David

Edit: AirAllen01 - I just ran into one of your drawings too. Good stuff .

Here is a pic of the finished Prelude (not a rendering). She changed the wing, rims, color, and had me design graphics for the sides. Not everybody's cup of tea, but I think it turned out for the better .
