Best Interiors...
Well got this idea from another forum where this question was brought up and I found it to be very interesting. 2 questions-
1) What car do you guys think has the best interior, no matter the price, what vehicle simply has the best interior? 2) What vehicle has the best interior and has a somewhat affordable price tag ($50,000 and under)? My Choice- 1) I've always been a fan of Mercedes E-Class and S-Class straight forward business type of interior, the E-55 AMG has garnerd a slogan of "A Tiger with a business suit." Still I have to admit that Audi simply makes some beautiful interiors. I also like the new BMW 6 series interiors. 2) Affordable interiors, than I'm going to have to say the BMW 3 series, Volkswagen R32, and Audi S4 all have gorgeous interiors. A surprise and sort of an under dog, is the Pontiac GTO, I mean I'm not the biggest fan of domestics, but the GTO interior really impressed me, well the GTO is not a real true domestic now is it, no wonder it has such a nice interior. |

Re: Best Interiors...
audi makes some very very nice interiors. i'd have to say the nicest interior i've ever been in is the new audi A8L. the detail, materials, design, character, everything is topnotch. this pic may not look like much but just go sit in one.

ya ive heard about it. Its got like over 150 buttons in that car.
Personally, car interiors r really shit these days, (i like the Sti's colour scheme) but like ya its all crappy now wit the plastics and all. BMW, by far has the worst interiors for the price it pays. Maybe not the newer ones like 2k+, but the ones under that r just hidiously average. If im gonna buy a 90's BMW, id expect superior quality, and devices in it that no other dam car has, or atleast a very creative interior setup. For example, my dads old skool 89' buick park avenue has some crazy power seat options that no other car(other than a buick, that ive seen has). I love that option, and would like to see something similar like that in other cars. http://memimage.cardomain.com/member...831_3_full.jpg |

I dont mind the interiors in BMWs. The setup is very driver oriented in the 3-series at least. Very German. Kinda stupid that they offer cloth and "leatherette" interiors...
As for cars above $50,000 that are actually attainable I would have to go with the new A8L. If your goin for a big luxury boat, this is the best below the $100,000 mark. Above 100k, I love the Aston Martin DB9's interior. British eloquence at its best. The Maybach is probably the best if you want to take a nap in your car... Below $50,000 cars that I like the interiors of include the 3-Series (all models), S4, and I actually like the interior of the M Coupe and Roadster. Call me crazy but for a sports interior those look pretty damn good. |

Bullshit the Germans do interiors right.
You want a classy and GORGEOUS interior, let's look at a Bentley before Volkswagen got their Beetle-building mitts on the gentlemen of Crewe. Arnage Red Label Arnage T Arnage R Now how can anyone say a Volkswagen or a Mercedes is better than that?

NICE ROYCE!
Btw, under $40K, has anyone been test drove the new Murano? Interiors... nice... features... great, and at an relatively affordable price. Plus if there is any auto transmission withstanding, it has to be the CVT it has.

Re: Best Interiors...
the infiniti fx45 had a nice little touch in it's interior that was pretty cool, when you moved the steering wheel up-down-in-out (electronically), the gauges moved with it. i know there are other cars like that, but that is the first car i sat in that did that.
if you like wood interiors, jaguar has to win the award for having the most wood in the interior. but i don't like that, so i say the best upmarket interior is bmw 7 series.

No No NO!
BENTLEY, not Rolls-Royce. There is a distinct difference. Rolls-Royces are cars you're driven in. Bentleys are cars you drive. Both Rolls enthusiasts and Bentley enthusiasts tend to get the urge to kick people in the jimmy when they mistake one for the other.
