amp and sub wired but no sound
pretty much just got all my subs and my amp in the mail the other day and wired them all in and now they dont work, the amp turns on and everything but no thump or anythign, i have wired in subs on my previous vehicles and on my friends and theyve all been no problem, i have a 1200w visonik amp and 2 P3 10in shallow subs and a dual cd player, i wired every thing like i usally do went ot play it amp turned on and nothin, acted like the subs wernt hooked up but they were, i checked my rca cables twice and everything else and now i just have no clue, any suggestions on what to check or what might be the problem, thanks

O, and i wanted to mention that the amp lit up but its got two little leds on the side a power and a protection light and the power one dosnt light up and hte protection one isnt on ether, if its not reciving power or sayin its not what should i do?

Check your grounds again.

those power lights just mean the auto turnon and ground are working. Get a multimeter and check your voltages at the amp.

yea i got it to work, thanks guys, the switched i was using for the remote wire wasnt pushin enough volts i guese idk, took switch off and held wires toghter and boom worked so i just went and got a better switch
