encoder wiper 91 735il

underneeth the eml unit or throttle actuator theres a small electric brush called the encoder wiper that makes contact with the eml to open or close the throttle. my encoder wiper broke and now my car wont run.. any idea on how to find one of these considering every dealership says that theres no encoder wiper or small brushes underneeth the eml unit attached to the throttle body

Any help would be amazing.
