The photos show the development from a large piece of evergreen joining large sizes made of strips and gluing them carefully so that no voids and waiting several days for the whole stay dry.
Then starts the general work of the piece on the lathe and the dealer grade for the mill are conducted drills to be carried reinforcements and screws, all starting from the central axis of the spread. Subsequently, the pieces are developed and fully differential gears in several small parties, to allow us to the manufacture of silicone molds giving all the details |
