April 16, 2002 seemed to be a normal day but then the unexpected happenned! A press release arrived from Maranello and yes, it is the news that every Ferrari fan has been expecting to hear ever since the F50 was released back in 1997. The F50's successor, the much-hyped F60 will be unveiled on April 27, ahead of its official launch in the 2002 Paris Motorshow in September 26 and here is the first official pic!
Happy birthday to me!

Definitely "A". But it does need a molded spoiler like the "B". Even without the wing, it is a beautiful car that is nicer than any Ferrari out there. I love it. :flash:

Ah, we now all know that this is the Enzo, not the F60. Which leads to the question of when or if an F60 will be produced.......

What I would like to see is something like the porposed 6000gt where it's the enzo with a spoiler (molded or not doesn't matter to me) to increase stability at moderately high speeds at the expense of the top speed. Thus creating an uncompromising and pretty much unbeatable track version of the enzo (the only thing that I can think of that would beat it is the TVR Speed 12 and Audi R8 which has been sold).

I would pick option A because it sorta would look much better without a spoiler and just leave the stock wheels on.

The more I think about it, the more I would have liked to see a small spoiler on the back of the Enzo, something very much a kin to that which adorns the Zonda, small but funtional. It would help continue the F40-F50 style and also help balance the car's design when viewed from a 3/4 angle (as shown in the first post of this thread). Still, I have no real complaints about the Enzo's styling, in fact, I really like it. For those out there who are not convinced of its looks remeber this: It was designed by the stop watch and F1.

Re: Next Ferrari F60 is...

Yea but than would effect the weigh + the enzo looks better with a sleek back unless you put that GT spoiler that was on another post.

Re: Next Ferrari F60 is...

I think it was Option B because it looks more modern and latest design.
