i have a 91 deville when u drive it it runs rough and has no power and ideas

yep

make sure the idiot light works, then go old school on it. a good tune up then go after the vacuum and compression test. passes that? look for a pluged cat. after that it is time to go deep. of maybe just drink a beer and go looking for Groceries at the local club

these cars require the good gas to be put in them otherwise the injectors go out and dont get that ampm shit either i just laugh when you see plp with a brand new dts fillin her up at ampm , also check the pcv valve, air cleaner oil level ya kno basics, also try dumping in a bottle of lucas fuel injector cleaner this might help
