Ion Manual 5 Speed, any problems?
Sorry, didn't include in other post, I had an afterthought.
I am thinking on going with the manaul 5-spd in an Ion-2. Anyone know of any problems, or issues with the manual tranny??? |

Re: Ion Manual 5 Speed, any problems?
i have an ion-1 that is a 5-speed manuel, and i am relativly pleased with the race feel, as compared to the automatic version. The saved money helped too... it is also a good car to use as a base to start a street legal racer.

I went with Ion-2 Manual
Back on December 8th, I went with the Storm Grey Ion-2 with manual 5-spd. I have been gettting a consistant 34 mpg, with recent gas prices, I am really loving it. I like the car a lot, no problems to speak of, other than some wind noise and an occasional drop of water coming through on severe downpours.

Re: Ion Manual 5 Speed, any problems?
Mine has the hand-crank windows too, but with AC that doesn't matter much. There isn't much need to roll down windows much. Did have a nice cool day the other day, and went with windows down instead of AC.
