raido removal
Ihave a 2002 mountaineer It drop a cd in side the olayer how do i remove the raido to get it apart so i can fix the player. i can't the raido cover off. please let me know how to do this or tell me where to go to read how to do

HERE'S HOW. (1) Remove two screws from below the radio assembly frame. (2) Pry open and pull the black frame assembly with your fingers. (The whole thing with radio will come out) (3) Disconnect cables/antenna from radio & cigarrette lighter. (4) There are 2 tabs on the Radio sides, push these tabs in and pull the radio out. (One tab at a time) (5) How you get your CD out is now your problem. Willie Mendez |
