please help trooper stalls

We have a 2000 trooper, love it. 62,000 miles and just a starter and front rotors and all breack pads replaced.We always are on time with sevice and my wife drives it daily. We take care of it we love it. my wife is hard on the breaks though she denies it. For some stange reason when we are driving the trooper stalls when we come to a stop. It happens mabee twice every time you take it out.Truck is in drive and break pedal is applied. Took it to the garage three times they cant make it stall and they cant fix it. some one please help me my wife wants a new truck now and I just got this one paid off.

Sounds like a bad intake manifold gasket. VERY common on 1998+ Try a search here and the rodeo forum.
