That and I am working on a place to put a radar detector in my car that wont be seen from the outside and still give me 360 scanning........ here in Virginia they have this stupid "no radar detection devices" law. So I am going to mount one in my car and wire it to a A-pillar pod O2 sensor gauge. The little things you do to try and just be stupid........ I need to get out of Virginia.

Only problem with that plan, Hodo...many police forces use "radar detector detectors"...no joke, man. That's why some radar detectors have a feature called VG-2 invinciblity. This, in theory, makes your radar detector invisible to this device...but nothing's fool proof. I wouldn't wanna risk it. If they sense that you have one, then find out that you're HIDING IT...ooooooo...I wouldn't wanna be you...

Best radar detector on the market, period: Escort Passport 8500. You can use Escort's ZR3 active laser jammer to keep you safe from laser. you mean the fact that i destroyed a total of 2 blocks 4 connecting rods 3 cranks 2 pistons 2 head gaskets 2 heads one transsmissoin and countless odds and ends......
lol but as i said i figure if i can spend 200$ and have a good 400 hp out of a vg30e that lasts about 3 months i say im doing pretty good
eventually the bearings give way due to premature ignition repeated times due to my timing set to 42 btdc to allow full power under full boost at high rpms
due to the fact that i cant afford to buy one of those expensive ignition boxes that automaticly adjust timing under boost im forced to live with the overwhelming need for speed the cheapest way i can
but on another note it rips for those 3 months and theres always another maxima waitiojng for thee swap

and you think 400hp impoossible on stock internals
as i stated 42 degrees btdc timing , na motor, turbo cams, 12 psi boost, fuel temp sensopr trickedf to think 212 degrees f, iridium plugs, accel superstock wires, msd blaster 2 coil, apc reman intake, hard piped intake, 3" straight pipe exits front of pass. side, diy boost controller, 3" down pipe (ala3" exhaust), wrapped exhaust manifolds and turbo, oil cooler, rising rate fuel pressure regulator, ported and polished head, hand lapped under cut valve stems, high pressure oil pump, and alot more too many to list lol, polished connecting rods, polished rocker arms, lightened valve springs, ok not alot more but i now have a case of writers block....., low temp thermostat, no pwr steering, no ac or components, bov, electric fan, high flow fuel lines and rail, ok i think thats actually it .... lol probably more but ohh well


and thats onlky the power end of the creation.......

Dude...instead of spending ~800 bucks a year (you say $200 every 3 months), why don't you just save your money for a few months and buy the parts to do shit right so you don't have to keep spending that $200? You're actually spending MORE money than you would if you just did it right the first time...not to mention all the time you're wasting working on the thing. Who cares how fast your car is if it barely ever runs...

barely ever runs? it runs for 3 months not a wink of problems then i spin a rod and instintaniously a rod spins ect. and down time is what 2 weeks lol its called a simple engine swap no down time hardly at all ive actually had it done in 5 days but i like to take my time
also i could pull the motor every 2 months and put in new bearings but i figure its just as eassy this way although im working on a rebuild as we speak and actually nothing more than turbo pistons with a low comp. head bigger inj. and a bigger turbo lol and that one i will probably pull and swap bearings every 2 months and do total tear downs for inspection purposes yopu know
