engine swap on 318ti urgent help please

hi , i have a 1996 318ti and i blew the engine twice so i decieded to break my L reg 318is coupe for the engine. i have put the engine in and the car turns over but wont fire. i have tested all the fuses and relays and they are all ok. there is a spark but it not brilliant but if i put fuel down the injection system it will fire up just but i have to keep it above 4000 revs . i seem to think the injectors arnt opening but thats my thought
Can any one help or send me wiring diagrams for both cars . PLEASE
