Clutch Problem.. PLEASE HELP

Hi guys. I am from Australia and I drive a Honda Integra VTIR.. the vtec version with B18C2 engine. Anyway, my clutch has worn out. As I need to change a new clutch, I am not sure which one to get. Should I get an Exedy heavy duty clutch or alternatively I can get an Integra Type R clutch + flywheel + cover(done about 10,000 kms). I just wanna know how reliable and strong are the Type R clutches. I dont want to be changing it and in a few months later, it wears out again. I had a new standard clutch installed and it only lasted 6 months. Also, with the Type R flywheel, how much ligther are they compared to the standard integra vtir ones. Also, what does the cover actually do ?? I have no idea. Urgent matter, thanks alot..
