Fosgate 9000 mp3 head unit

Anyone heard one of these? I am considering it in place of the Pioneer p6400 that I got cuz I wanted mp3 playback and I really don't like the way the pioneer face folds down and is not useable while loading a cd. Is the sound quality on the fos worse or anything? I heard fos did a good job on this one even adding a heat sink to the hu. Thanks.

the face feels cheap in my opinion and i have never seen a rockford unit last more then a week, our demo unit broke after a month, wouldn't read discs anymore. I wouldn't buy it

the kenwood and jvc units are the best ones out right now, i have the jvc until the alpine dvd/mp3 player the DVA-7996, will be out in a few months, for 1300 this thing does it all.

check out the jvc though, it's in the digifine line, you can get it for about 450 and it has all standard features, eq, crossover,

Thanks, I will look into them, but I was trying to stick with my Best Buy employee discount and guess what, they don't carry em I will find em elsewhere and see how they sound and work though. Prolly just wait till the new pioneer deck with mp3 comes out. Thanks for the advice!
