Okay, navigation systems have been available in the states for a while now, when are they going to be available in Canada?? It's really pissin me off, cause i want one.... Canada and the states are like one big country, we're connected, one big land mass, why can't we have it here? yes, this sucks

you can get one, but it won't work, in all the brochures for cars, it talks about how the navigation system comes with the car and then in fine print at the bottem it says "not available in Canada", it's BULLSHIT!!!

Couldn't you just drive down here, buy one, and drive back? I mean, it's not like it's hard to cross the border.

enzo, it's not like that, cause in canada you can buy a car with a navigation system it just wont work, it'll work in like 3 cities that's all.

what are you talkin about carmaster? You're sayin that people in canada can't drive? Where are you from?

Jaque Villneuve is from canada are you sayin he can't drive?

Gan$tarr, are you looking for a car with a navigation system or a seperate sytem? I know the following cars offer systems, Lexus RX300, Acura 3.2 TL, Jaguar Xk Series and Most Mercedes and other top end makers offer it as a pricey option. I know also that there are at least three makers of them cause at the Toronto Auto Show they had a booth with all of the makers tere. Alpine would be a good bet.h

I know all the good cars have them as options but read the fine print they suck compared to the US. I was at our BMW dealership, and I was askin about the navigation system I can have as an option and the guy said it only works in Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa.... i think those were the 3
that's why i was considering the alpine one cause it does all of Ontario (atleast)

I hate nav systems...the multi color screen looks kinda cool, but you never get lost with one. Getting lost is great fun..you find the best places. I always say I'm "exploring."

I like nav systems, and I'm pretty sure onstar works in Canada, everywhere. Also, lots of nav systems talk to you, the GPS telling you when and where to turn.
PLUS your not distracted by a map.
AND Canadians are awesome drivers (In CART, there are more Canadians than Americans, so HA )

yes, I love rally, alot. I watch it whenever I can find out if is on (since I don't have speedvision, I rarely see footage, but I have people with speedvision tape the WRC wrapup on Jan 1)
