Fog Light Help!

My passenger side fog light went out. I was trying to take it off last night and stipped the hell out of what I can see is the only thing holding it on. Now I dont know what to do. Any suggestions?

Re: Fog Light Help!

There is only one 10mm bolt that holds the foglight on. Take that out and pull the light towards the center of the car.

Mine has a Philips screw where I'm guessing the 10mm bolt should be as soon as I turned the screwdriver it stipped the screw. I didnt see the bolt anywhere I'll keep looking though. If your looking at the fog light to the right of it set behind it is the location of screw.

on mine the nut that the srew goes into came loose from where the nut is held on. I was able to reach a 10mm wrench around onto the nut and hold it steady, then i could unsrew the srew. once u loosen it up enough to where you can use your hand do it by hand so as not to loose the nut

Re: Fog Light Help!

Its an '01, I'm guessing that when I wrecked it they just put the screws in instead of the bolt. I just drilled it out and replaced it with a 10mm bolt. I changed both of them for unifomity sake. Thanks Guys. The driver side came right out with no problem. Thats just my luck.
