can someone help me really fast

i am about to leave in about an hour, and want to know if testors enamel clear coat will work with suto paints or evan tamiya paints?? thanks for any help.

Well you can, but I'd use almost anything else first.
The Walmart cheap clear is good.

How'd you go? I'd say the Testors enamel can be used with some Tamiya paints, but not others. In any event many people on this forum have had bad experiences with Testors cans. If you plan to use some then test it first and be aware of the types of paint you are mixing i.e. acrylic/enamel/lacquer.

i wnt and bought a can of plasti-kote clear for the plasti-kote paint but it evan turns out flat and very textured. what am i doing wrong.

If you are going to use plasti-kote clear, make sure you get the T-5 clear. Look on the side of the can and it will say part number t-5. ALWAYS dries really bright.

Also, get yourelf a set of polishing cloths. This will make a 100% difference. You can really get a bright and smoth finish that way.
