Have always liked the Gulf GTR's so many thanks for your detail pics Sami, and 02R is a particular favourite as I spent many years trying to find out where it was until I discovered Lanzante had it hidden away.

Thanks! Yes it was very good shape. Unfortunately; it wasn't driven there, so these images were quite difficult to catch of it. But at least something then.
I'm also so glad that it has the Le Mans livery.

Stunning photos! How many GTRs were there in all? It looks like 14 were parked alongside one another and 01R was off by itself. Given the number that showed up, which GTRs were absent?

16 of the 28 GTRs were present.

In order by chassis number:

01R, 02R, 03R, 06R, 07R, 10R, 12R, 13R, 15R, 16R, 19R, 22R, 24R, 26R, 27R and 28R.

It is a shame that McLaren were unable to bring their other two - 04R and 20R - and that 05R, 14R and 21R which are all located in the general vicinity of the event were not able to participate either, but still an amazing turnout. 26R's attendance was probably the one that surprised me the most given the distance it traveled to get there. Every other participant is generally UK-based.

Thanks Erik! I love 16R's new look. I wish BMW brought 18R as well considering the extent they went to get 26R there.

I wonder if there was a limit on the number of cars as otherwise I see no reason McLaren or BMW would not field a full compliment of GTR's? Unless of course it was a logistics issue with transporting more than they had there?

#21R and XP1 LM would have been very nice to see. But at least; I still have some targets left then. Main thing was that #01R was there, meaning McLaren's own cars.
