McLaren F1 vs. Koenigsegg CC
well, the F1 is still the world's supercar. in the latest car and driver, they test the CC. C/D says that the CC can't take the throne.
CC Stats- supercharged and intercooled 4.6L V8 655 hp 553 lb ft 6 speed manual 2800 lbs 0-60 - 4.1 seconds(F1-3.2) 0-100 - 8.2 seconds(6.3) 30-50 - 9.7 seconds(7.0) 50-70 - 9.0 seconds(3.7) 1/4 mile - 12.0 seconds @ 127(11.1 @125) what have we learned? The F1 is and always will be the world's supercar.

i dont think they shift in these kinds of tests. it's called top gear acceleration so they just stay in 6th. C/D doesn't say what gear the CC was in for these two top gear tests, but the times for the F1 were both in 6th!

Actually te Super Egg has a Supercharged Ford V-8 rated at 655 HP.

bah just give me a R34 GTR and the excess in cash.. It will do a 8s 1/4 and 0-300kph in 12s

that was interesting... i thought they were alot closer. The mclaren is also more geared towards top speed than acceleration!

Yup. It's like the perfect car. Every part on the car has the best part you could give it.
 I think the LM and racing GTR versions have very little you could to them in terms of perfecting them. |

the F1 looks almost like a Saleen S7..and noh, a Saleen S7 isn't a freaking mustang...I wonder how fast is a Saleen S7...anyone? The saleen S7 looks much better than both of those cars...
But overall, gimme a GTR R35 and I'll take it...I can make it go much fast than all those cars... |

actually they weren't even trying to make the world's fastest car, it just happened. they were going for the world's best supercar.
