Strobe Light Kit
I have a 2002 Sierra Z71 OFF ROAD ext. cab and I want to put hide away strobe lights in my truck. I seen them on Ebay but I want one that is remote so I don't have to be in the truck to use it ( I can stand outside my truck and turn them on). Anyone got any ideas.

I'd set them up to run off a relay that can be activated remotely, ie a key fob.

You would buy and install your strobe light kit but rather than running the strobes through a switch you run them through a relay that can be turned on/off using a wireless transmitter. I'm sure if you do some searching online someone makes a wireless relay set-up.

This one looks much better. The one I'm looking at is on ebay and it has 8 bulbs and 7 or 8 different strobe flashing, not sure if I mentioned this earlier but I can install the strobes into my truck and get them running but the wireless stuff I have no idea on how it work or how to hook it up so all the strobe flashes work from the remote, sorry but I just don't understand |

Rather than hooking the strobes up to a switch in the cab to turn them on/off you wire them through the relay. Then you turn them on/off using the remote key fob. The relay kit should come with directions on how to wire the lights through it.
