new to forum

I have had a lot of the same problems discussed. We have an '01 and have had tires replaced (normal wear I guess), new breaks installed(after six months, same break shutter problem again), broken door handle, rear wiper motor replaced, a/c problems, emission module replaced (twice), and most recently, the odor inside the vehicle. It smells like exhaust but I can't figure out where it would be coming from. It only really happens during an idle period, ie. warming up, long stop in traffic.

We purchased the best extended warrenty when we bought it in '03 which has not really covered all that much. I have too much into this thing to sell and even break even.

Back to the smell, did anyone ever figure this problem out?????? I don't want my wife and kids to get sick. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I have the 01 also, most of the same problems. I run the A/C on max at all times because the other position alway bring in what my wife calls "so called fresh air" such as diesel exhaust and other freeway stuff.
