Skunk2, crower ( both are stage 1 cams) or civic type R camshafts??
one more thing I now have a 2" custom exhaust could I stay with it or should I get a 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" exhaust system?????

Well unforunaltyl any cam chagne thats going to give a noticable power differnce really needs new springs.
However you can get away with the Skunks or Crowers or ITR/CTR cams with out chagning the springs.
All 3 are very similar, with I think the ITR and CTR cams being the most aggresive.

Unforunatly to really get the most out of them you also need to use piggy back ECU that will let you increase the redline to close to 9,000 (the bottom end will take it easy, but its up here that you can have problems with the valve springs) and to adjust the a/f ratio and timing to suit.

Im not saying dont do it, its just the cams on thier own will only give prehaps 70% of the avliable power increase. You will need the other add ons to get the extra 30%
