Lightbulb How to make a 'different' mustang?

Well I just received the old monogram mustang kit as a birthday present. its a 92 convertible GT and looks to be of excellent quality. However it looks pretty bland as a stocker so I'd rather make it a lil' bit different. But I would like to hear some suggestions from you veteran customisers out there (you know who you are!)

Paint: Probably Metallic paint, either telefonica blue or possibly this lime green/gold metallica paint I got. I already have both paints but if you can think of something better feel free to tell me.

Engine: it comes with a stock 5 litre, which would look great in that old cougar I'm building. So I'm looking to fit a more modern mustang engine, e.g. A supercharged 4.6 or 5.4 V8 engine. I definately want a lot of chrome under the hood, and if possible I'd like to go forced induction(thats means turbos too).

Interior: Nothing too flash, a nice set of buckets from maybe a 'tegra or vette. put in a dumby Nitrous bottle, and a fancy steering wheel from MCG.

Chassis: If I can find another set, the 17 inch torque thrust IIs would go excellently if I dropped the car a bit. Does anyone have a set? If they came with some gigantic disc brakes It would pretty much seal the deal for me.

I'm up for any ideas you maniacs have. Or if you could help me procure the parts I've chosen, give me a buzz via PM. Get to thinking!!!
