If ya like em then I'd get em. Its all personal taste as to what you want your car to look like.

Re: New rims for summer

try tirerack.com they have a visualizer of many rims..

one thing i noticed my friend got rims at this auto accessory/aftermarket shop on LI and he had a computer set up similar to Tire Rack's program with A LOT more rims.. so maybe if you venture out to some stores they could help you.

but I like 2G with the rims you have ( the pic on the left) or a 5 straight spoke design but gl with your decision.

Re: New rims for summer

im my opinion, good brand, ugly rims, 18 is too big go for 17 max, rims that are too big cut you performance.

They kinda look like stock 2gb wheels lol. Try discounttiredirect.com. Got my wheels there, fast shipping, and they look great.

Re: New rims for summer

Silver or chrome. Silver would look hot, chrome would look nice, but there are just too many damn red cars now with black rims and a polished lip. I think half of the cars around here that had rims on them switched to black with a polished lip over the winter, because that's all I see now.

Re: New rims for summer

I'm a sucker for anything 5-spoke. Since you've already picked em out, I'd go for silver. Black w/ polished lip is way over-done these days, and shiny chrome often takes attention away from the shape of the rims. Silver or hyperblack is awesome imo.

Re: New rims for summer

blacks are my fav...

don't feel bad, I don't really like the look of my rims either... (gunmetal on a black car, not really good looking, but ok for traction)
