Im sorry, but that car is completly gay, first of all, who needs two tachs side by side???? and its almost pointless to turbo a SOCH, it reminds me of a Del Slow that was running around in ft worth texas one time, it was red and had all these graphics and rice stuff on it, including a body kit and some big ass atleast 4inch fog lights up front, then i heard his BOV so i got a LITTLE, only a little, interested in it, only to find out it was a SOCH with a bolt on turbo and stock internals!! at first he wouldnt race anyone, he thought he was to fast, finally we got him to race a STOCK 2 door VW golf, the 1.8 turbo one, not sure of exact modle name and what not, but the del sol got SMOKED. and the guy kept coming up with excuses to why he lost so they ended up racing 3 times and he lost every time!!!

interesting, he must of put a pretty shitty turbo or low PSI on that D16, because a turbo D16 can def beat a 1.8 Turbo VW golf. Unless its the newer version, otherwise its just 150 hp and heavier than a delsol. Atleast a T25 at like 6psi should be at 150hp on a civic.

the VW was a 00 or 01 year car, and i think the del slow had a bolt on kit, but i would never think that a SOCH 1.6 ltre in a heavy ( speaking in honda terms) with a turbo would do very well at all. thats just me though

Re: Even more interesting item on ebay

oh yea, the del sol was only running i think like 6 psi because "he didnt wanna hurt it" in other words the internals prolly wernt upgraded. and i dunno about the size of the turbo, his bov wasnt super loud but there are quite ones so i dunno.

why are you calling them Del Slows. They are a nice car. My gf owns one. alot of people tend to have trouble beating the 160hp del..slow? i dont think so.

A delsol runs a good 15.6 1/4 mile. And your car runs a 15.2 ..hmm. K&N filter, catback, new plugs and your car is done

Re: Even more interesting item on ebay

ok, do the same mods to my car, boom, del slow is finished, i was comparing a TURBO charged del slow against a completly stock VW, i wasnt compairing it to my car. all i know is i saw a stock turbo charged car smoked an aftermarket turbo car. and both were 4 bangers.

Re: Re: Even more interesting item on ebay

well then again.....the vw is also turbo'ed and since it comes factory stock like that then it has a stronger engine right off the get go.....and im almost positive that the vw was running a higher psi than the del.....if the del had a real turbo not just a bolt on running same psi(given his engine could handle it) im willing to bet hands down that it coudlve taken the vw if the guy was a competent driver
